DOC O'LENA GRANDDAUGHTER
Doc Olena Janie, 1999 bay mare, sired by Olena Last, a son of Doc O'Lena bred by the Oxbow Ranch that was a semifinalist in the NCHA Open Futurity, and now in Germany, out of a Doc O'Lena/Poco-Bueno-bred mare. She has had several colts and is broke to ride. Bred to Cougarand, a golden champagne son of Peppy San Badger out of Doc's Yellow Rose by Doc Bar. She has had a beautiful champagne colt by Cougarand in the past. Gets along well with a band of broodmares. Will breed back and sell as a 3-in-1 pkg. $2,000.

Ima Colorful Quixote (P), a 2-year-old tri-colored tobiano APHA filly by Cougarand out of a Versary Bar-Doc Quixote-bred Paint mare. Guaranteed sound in every way. Halter broke and gentle. CUTTING HORSE SADDLES FOR SALE:
2 Cajun Saddles 1 Price McLauchlin Saddle

Cajun saddle

All are flat seat. One Cajun has a 3/4 waffle stamp design and is a 17 inch seat (pictured), with a braided and gator blood (Bud's word) covered horn. The second Cajun is plain with a leather wrapped horn. One saddle was made in 1990 and the other in 1991. I spoke with Bud yesterday and he tells me he is retiring. He will be making one more saddle for me.

This is an opportunity to purchase saddles that will appreciate in value. These Cajuns are in excellent condition. The wool on the underside is like new. The plain Cajun just had a new seat put in 2 years ago by Cajun (Bud) (to satisfy my desire to have a dark seat not for any other reason). There won't be anymore made according to Bud. These are quality saddles made by an artisan.

I am also selling a Price McLauchlin 15-inch flat seat with braided horn. This saddle is in excellent condition and should appreciate in value. This saddle is the wild-rose pattern carved on the swells, jockeys, skirts and fenders. You can not tell this saddle was ridden in. The wool on the underside looks as good as the day it came out of Price's shop.
